If you were charged a nicotine surcharge under the Lippert Components, Inc. Group Health Benefit Plan from January 4, 2018 to December 31, 2023 you could receive a payment and your legal rights will be affected by this class action settlement.

The Court still has to decide whether to approve the Settlement. Payments will be made only if the Court approves the Settlement, and that approval is upheld in the event of any appeal.
